Current rates for 2025

Peak Season: December holidays 13 December – 14 January.

R.4200 per day, maximimum of 8 people.

High season South African School holidays, except for December holidays.

R. 3500 per day, maximum of 8 people.

Low season:

R. 3000 per day, maximum of 8 people.

This is inclusive preparing, cleaning up and housekeeping. Excluded extra deposit R.5000 as a breakage fee (to be paid back after stay and inspection) . If stuff is broken or missing we will use the deposit to replace it.

If you book our holidayhome, your booking will be secured after a 50% downpayment. The rest of your payment has to be paid 6 weeks before the arrival.

The standard cancellation policy for bookings is as follows;

40% of the total of the booking value is non-refundable

29 days before arrival : 50% of the booking will be forfeited

14 days before arrival : 75% of the bookingvalue will be forfeited

6-0 days before arrival : 100% of the bookingvalue will be forfeited

No shows : 100% of the bookingvalue will be forfeited
